Low Self-Esteem & Trauma Therapy

Low Self-Esteem | Narcissistic Abuse | Childhood Trauma | Sexual Abuse | Betrayal | Anxious Attachment | Avoidant Attachment

I know what it’s like to feel consumed by your past when you are trying to live in the present. Trauma leaves you feeling entangled in your negative beliefs about yourself, sacrificing your needs, repeating unhealthy relational patterns, surviving with coping strategies which are no longer serving you and feeling like your emotions are not your own.

You’re seeking the safety, stability, empathy and compassion which was not present in the relationships that failed you.
